RYZEN MAT PILATES - TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Assumption of Risk I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that participation in Pilates classes and related activities with Ryzen Pilates involves physical exercise, which carries an inherent risk of injury. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risk, injury, loss, or damage to myself or my personal property that may occur as a result of my participation. ​ 2. Health Acknowledgement I confirm that I am physically fit and able to participate in Pilates classes. I have consulted with a medical professional where necessary and have been cleared to engage in physical activity. I agree to inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or physical limitations that may affect my ability to participate safely. ​ 3. Release of Liability I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Ryzen Pilates, its owner, instructors, contractors, agents, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in Pilates classes or related activities, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, death, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. ​ 4. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, actions, damages, costs, or losses arising out of or related to my participation in classes, including those caused by my own actions or negligence. ​ 5. Emergency Medical Treatment In the event of an emergency, I authorise Ryzen Pilates to seek medical assistance on my behalf. I understand and agree that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment. ​ 6. Photography & Video Release I understand that photographs or videos may be taken during classes or events. I grant Ryzen Pilates permission to use any such images or recordings for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes without compensation or further consent. If I do not wish to be included, I will notify the instructor prior to class. ​ 7. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. ​ 8. Entire Agreement These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between myself and Ryzen Pilates. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. ​ 9. Late Arrivals Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class commencement. Late arrivals (10 minutes+) may not be admitted for safety reasons. No refunds or credits will be provided for late arrivals. ​ 10. Minimum Participant Numbers A minimum number of participants may be required for a class to run. If minimum numbers are not met, the class may be cancelled and a credit or transfer will be offered. ​ 11. Personal Belongings Ryzen Pilates is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to class or left at the venue. ​ 12. Duty of Care & Participant Responsibilities I agree to: Stop immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort Notify the instructor of any changes to my health or physical condition Follow all instructions and cues provided during class Acknowledge that the instructor is not responsible for diagnosing or treating injuries or medical conditions
